What should I ask professors about students who struggle academically?

Ask professors specific questions such as: “Who should I contact, and when, if I am struggling to keep up?”, “Are office hours, remedial classes, tutoring, or TA support available?”, “What is the procedure for discussing absences or late assignments?”, and “Is there a system for identifying academic difficulties early and reviewing a student’s study plan?” If needed, also ask about non-faculty services, such as a student counseling office, and how consultations are handled.
