How can I tell whether a computing program is strong in cybersecurity?

Start with the published curriculum and check whether it builds from computing fundamentals to areas such as networks, operating systems, programming, cryptography, vulnerability assessment, and incident response. Look for labs and exercises, CTFs or projects, relevant faculty and research groups, and usable learning facilities. Syllabi, student work, and research-group pages are more informative than course titles alone.
